    In relation to your personal data, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time, the right to correct or supplement your personal data, the right to request restriction of processing, the right to object to or complain about the processing of your personal data, the right to access your personal data, the right to request the transfer of your personal data, the right to be informed of a personal data breach, and, under certain conditions, the right to erasure of certain personal data that we process in relation to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Processing of personal data<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Personal data may be processed manually or automatically by the personal data controller’s own employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    We process personal data that you provide to us, including: first name, last name, address, telephone number, email address, and, for businesses, company name, registered office, ID number, and VAT number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    information from orders for products and services, information from email communication or other interactions, information about financial transactions carried out;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    When you visit our website, certain information may be collected about you, such as your IP address, the date and time you accessed our website, information about your internet browser and settings, and information about your behavior on the website (e.g., which links you visit and which products are displayed to you).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Your personal data is protected against unauthorized access and misuse through internal technical and organizational measures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Processing time<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    We process data obtained through user accounts or other similar means for the entire duration of the contractual relationship and for a reasonable period after its termination, or until consent to their processing is revoked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    They are then stored to the extent necessary, regardless of your consent, for the period specified by generally binding legal regulations (e.g., for tax documents, this period is at least 10 years).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Litobal s.r.o. will not share or disclose any identifiable information about you to third parties without your consent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    We may share your personal data only with contracted carriers for the purposes of delivering a specific shipment and related communication with you; furthermore, in cases required by law, for example in connection with the exercise of state administration, litigation, or other legal proceedings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      This notice applies to the processing of personal data of persons captured by the camera system operated by the Company (which may also include company employees) (hereinafter referred to as “Visitor”)..<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The company processes Visitors’ personal data in the form of video recordings of individuals, i.e., depending on the quality of the recording, the appearance (face) of individuals and their behavior within the monitored areas on the premises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Purpose of personal data processing and legal basis for processing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Visitors’ personal data is processed for the purpose of protecting life, health, and property (especially against theft or damage) and the rights of the Company and third parties on the basis of the legitimate interests of the Company or other persons within the meaning and under the conditions of Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Sources of personal data<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The company obtains the personal data it processes through the operation of camera systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Disclosure of data to other persons<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Personal data may also be made available to entities authorized under special legal regulations (e.g., law enforcement authorities, etc.) and to persons in the position of personal data processors working for the Company with whom the Company will cooperate. The Company will provide\/send a current list of processors cooperating with the Company at the request of Visitors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Retention period for personal data<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      CCTV recordings are stored by the employer for 72 hours, which is the necessary period for detecting specific illegal activities, theft, etc. This period may only be exceeded if the recording is retained or transferred during the investigation of a specific incident or in the event of exceptional circumstances that require a longer retention period (e.g., company-wide vacation, extraordinary shutdown, public holidays, health and safety at work, increased risk of a possible incident during a specified period, etc.). The retention period for the record will then be extended until the incident is resolved or the extraordinary circumstances have passed, with a maximum retention period of 14 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. PROVISIONS COMMON TO PARTNERS, COLLABORATORS, AND VISITORS TO THE PREMISES OF LITOBAL s.r.o.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Further information on rights in relation to the processing of personal data<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        In addition to the rights already mentioned above, the Act and the Regulation also grant the persons \u2013 data subjects whose personal data are processed by the Company \u2013 the rights summarized below. The Company strives to accommodate data subjects in exercising these rights to the greatest extent possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Right of access to personal data pursuant to Section 28 of the Act: Upon request by the data subject, the Company shall disclose whether it processes personal data relating to that person. If the Company processes such data, it shall provide it to the data subject and disclose the information pursuant to Section 28(1) of the Act. The Company shall act without undue delay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Protection of rights under Section 49 of the Act: Any data subject who believes that the controller or processor is processing their personal data in a manner that is contrary to the protection of the data subject’s private and personal life or to this chapter, in particular if the personal data are inaccurate with regard to the purpose of their processing, may:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. a) request an explanation from the controller or processor, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. b) request that the controller or processor remedy the situation thus created, in particular by correcting, supplementing, or deleting personal data.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          According to the Regulation, the data subject has the following rights in particular:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Right of access to personal data: The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation from the Company as to whether it processes his or her personal data and, if so, has the right to access such personal data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Right to rectification or erasure, or restriction of processing: The data subject has the right (in cases specified by the Regulation) to request the Company to correct or supplement incorrect or incomplete personal data, to request the erasure of personal data if the reason for their processing has ceased to exist or is not given, or to request the restriction of the processing of personal data in connection with the resolution of circumstances surrounding the processing of personal data by the Company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Right to object: The data subject has the right to object at any time to the Company’s processing of their personal data processed for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the Company or other persons (in accordance with the Regulation) for reasons relating to their particular situation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Right to data portability: The data subject has (under the conditions set out in the Regulation) the right to obtain their personal data from the Company and transfer it to another personal data controller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if they believe that the processing of their personal data violates the Regulation. For data subjects residing in the Czech Republic, this supervisory authority will be the Office for Personal Data Protection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
