Basic information
The internal reporting system of Litobal s.r.o. is established on the basis of Act No. 171/2023 Coll., on the protection of whistleblowers, as amended.
A whistleblower is defined as a person who reports illegal conduct that constitutes a criminal offense, a misdemeanor (with a maximum fine of at least CZK 100,000), or violates Act No. 171/2023 Coll., on the protection of whistleblowers (hereinafter referred to as the “Whistleblower Protection Act”) or violates another legal regulation or European Union regulation in areas defined by the Whistleblower Protection Act.
Litobal s.r.o., in accordance with the provisions of Section 9(2)(a) and (b)(3) of the Act, excludes the acceptance of reports from persons who do not perform work or other similar activities for Litobal s.r.o. pursuant to Section 2(3)(a), (h) or (i) of the Whistleblower Protection Act.
What the notification should contain
Pro řádné prošetření Vašeho oznámení je třeba uvést Vaše jméno, příjmení a datum narození (nebo jiné údaje, z nichž je možné dovodit totožnost oznamovatele).
Anonymous reports are not subject to the whistleblower protection law.
A detailed description of the unlawful conduct, when and where you learned of the conduct, evidence, supporting documents, etc. Always send truthful information. Be as specific as possible and describe the situation and the persons involved in detail. If possible, attach any relevant documents to the report.
We declare that any retaliatory measures against persons who have reported the above-mentioned illegal activities are completely unacceptable. This does not apply if the person has knowingly made a false report.
Please note that according to Section 23 of Act No. 171/2023 Coll., knowingly making a false report is an offense punishable by a fine of up to CZK 50,000.
